Light triggering the Shadow
Light will always highlight the Shadow so while growth and awakening ultimately feels better than restriction and unawareness, the process can and will trigger anything not in alignment with who you really are.
2020 is pushing buttons all over the place because we are in a growth/awakening year on steroids. Our awakening is not separate to global events or social issues. Events and issues are a part of our awakening process. They are triggers to jolt us to our next level.
The greater the next leap, the deeper we are pushed into our depths to clear any lingering wounds that we can’t take with us, and to find any hidden gems that are ready to be used.
When your trigger buttons are being pushed, take a deep breath.
Ask yourself: what is this wanting to show me?
Let an answer rise up from deep within you.
