*Please note, working with your chakras is not meant to be an alternative to seeking professional help. It can however be a powerful complementary therapy. Please take responsibility for your life and health and inform yourself thoroughly to best determine which paths of healing are right for you.

How do we know our chakras are out of
balance?
*

A multitude of factors can contribute to chakra imbalances including habit, behaviours, life experiences, environment, and conditioning. Like any system, an imbalance in one ultimately affects all the others, and the whole. This may manifest as:

Having insights, concepts and ideas galore, but can’t seem to manifest them or simply don’t have any real desire or passion to.

Being outwardly successful, but somehow it feels empty, without a sense of true purpose or a real feeling of joy.

Looking to the external to try and fill the hole you feel inside, be it through work, money, relationships, or addictive habits and behaviours, only to discover it is a temporary fix.

Turbulent, controlled or stagnant emotions.

Outbursts of anger for no particular reason, long periods of depression and sadness, a tendency to repress or deny emotions, a feeling of complete numbness and apathy, no connection to feelings at all.

Sexual issues, co-dependency, forming unhealthy relationships or attachments.

Self sabotaging thoughts, feelings of low self worth and esteem, lack of self love.

Feel disconnected from your true essence and have lost touch with your spiritual side, a feeling of there must be more to life.

Feel uncomfortable with your body and human qualities, feeling trapped or limited in any way.

Having a feeling of not belonging anywhere, feeling you don't belong here on Earth.

Experiencing chronic physical illnesses, problems or dis-ease.
